The Nüdie period cup can be worn for up to 12 hours and comes with a leaflet containing extra guidance on use.



It is very important to keep your Nüdie period cup clean. Before using it for the first time and at the end of every period, sterilise your cup by fully submerging it in boiling water for 5 minutes or soaking in sterilising solution. Soak for the minimum sterilsation time only (usually around 15 minutes).

Each Nüdie period cup is made to last for up to 10 years so once it’s at the end of it’s lifespan or you don’t need or want out anymore, it can’t be recycled through domestic recycling facilities but it can be recycled through industrial facilities. Or you can return it to &SISTERS who will ensure it’s safely recycled.



Packaging can be reused or recycled along with your other recyclable packaging.
