All Ohros candles are hand poured in Hackney, London by Georgia, ethically sourced, vegan and paraffin & phathalate free. Ohros was born out of a hobby and has grown to a full time business, collaborating with many incredible indie businesses to create custom scents and experiences.

100% soy wax blended with essential oils and/or fragrance oils.

How to make the most out of your Ohros candles:
1. The wicks are tailored to each size jar so if burnt correctly, they will burn the entire way down, no waste.
2. The burn is very important, each time you burn your candle burn it for at least an hour to allow the melt pool to reach the edges. Do not blow out after 20 minutes - not wanting to 'waste' the candle will result in excess wax on the outside and tunnelling.
3. Trim your wicks!! Treat it like a regular hair cut. If ever the wick starts to curl, that is a good indicator it needs a trim. Trim very carefully to approx 4mm. Trimming your wicks ensures a good clean burn.
4. Very importantly, please do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours! The jars get very hot and no one wants a cracked jar and molten wax everywhere!!

Once your candle has burnt the entire way down, there should be absolute minimal wax residue. Wash out with very hot, soapy water. Remove the metal sustainer and any excess wax.

Wash again and reuse for almost anything! Plant pots, coffee scrubs, salt n pepper pots, pen pots, spices! Or put with your normal household recycling.
