Apply a small amount of oil to the skin at any time, for best absorption, apply after bathing or showering. Apply a few drops of oil directly to your scalp and then use your fingertips or a scalp massager to gently work the oils into your scalp, use at least 1hour before washing the hair or as overnight treatment, wash hair as usual, rinse thoroughly. Store in a cool dark place. Shake well before application.

Separate into component parts and recycle along with your other recyclable packaging.
