Wash your hands. Remove the lid and load a tampon into your applicator. Insert the applicator into your vagina then push the plunger until the tampon is comfortably inserted. Your DAME reusable applicator fits most tampon brands and sizes up to super plus.

To clean, rinse your DAME applicator under running water or wipe clean with a tissue and pop the lid on until you can rinse it. There's no need for dishwashers, boiling water or harsh cleaning products.

Plastic free packaging can be reused or recycled along with your other recyclable packaging.

DAME reusable tampon applicator is made from a fully recyclable material so if you no longer need it, it can be recycled and ensure that nothing goes to waste.
