Brush daily twice a day for two minutes. Use a pea-sized amount of an active ingredient toothpaste. Rinse your toothbrish well after use. Change toothbrush every 3 months.

Cardboard packaging can be recycled with other household recycling. Bamboo toothpaste can be recycled or composted after use.
